Masked creatures that live in small family groups with a breeding pair at the head. Though lower ranking members are aloud offspring too, there is not always an unrelated suitor in the group. When juveniles are old enough to mate they often leave the group and join a creche of others like them to find a mate.
Males puff out their longer, furrier necks to impress a female.
Once they find a mate, the pair leave to start their own group. Any that don't find a mate integrate into a new, pre-existing family group. This way family groups always remain strong.
Females have one-two offspring.
Gender differences:
Females:
- Shorter neck
Males:
- Longer neck
- Flashier markings
Commons:
- Black Base Coat
- Black, Grey, or brown/tan based legs
- 1 color/ Single tone markings
Uncommon mutations:
- Small (2-3) horns from the mask
- Small bat wings on back
- Two sets of ears
- 2 color/2 toned markings
Rare mutations:
- Pale grey base coat
- Large bat wings on back
- Large (2-3) horns the mask
- Long tail
